Ok, so it has been rumor and word of mouth for sometime since the Can't Tell Me Nothing Mixtape dropped with the song Us Placers. The song featured Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West, and Pharrell Williams as "CRS." Well now, Lupe has confirmed that the superstars will take a hiatus from their own personal projects to concentrate on a Child Rebel Soldiers album this year! Lupe had this to say:
"It's definitely happening this year. We call each other by our Child Rebel names - but they are top secret for now."
The new LP is due out later this year...Should be a hot album provided they put their creative talents together in the right way. Stay tuned...
