In the most recent and final update for the NBA All-Star balloting, Kevin Garnett of the Celtics is leading all players 1,756,251 votes, followed by LeBron James (1,564,974) and Kobe Bryant (1,441,333). As of now, the starting teams are looking to shape out like this:
